Marsh Badminton Club (New Romney, Kent, TN28 8BB) -- Marsh Badminton Club was founded in 2009 by a Maths and a PE teacher. It has over 20 members and majority are students of the Marsh Academy. We practise 14 hours a week. Saturday and Sunday sessions are open for public members. On a Monday, we recommend only the advanced junior players to attend the Adult club night, otherwise it is only open to adults. We have a four-court hall and equiped with the Knight Trainer shuttle machine. Kodak Badminton Club (Kingsbury, Harrow, Middx, HA3 9TE) -- The club runs from 7pm to 10pm every Tuesday and you can play as long as you like during that time. Shuttles are provided and they have 4 Courts for the 3 hours. The peg system operates to allow players to rotate on and off court. Players are rated according to ability though the players are of an intermediate standard at the bottom end. Ideally you`ll be of a competetive standard and have an interest in playing in leagues if you`re looking to join. You can come along as a guest twice to try it out for the club to make an assessment and pay £6 per evening but then you have to decide if you want to join (if accepted). The club will make an assessment if you’re suitable to join. If you decide to join then any guest fees you’ve paid count towards the membership fee for that term. The club does some social things too but people come along to as much or as little of that as it suits them. Anyone wishing to come along must contact the above e-mail address to check if it`s OK to come along.
